Anyway, Yankees looked like fools in their 6-2 loss to the Mets, with Omir Santos lighting them up. Even Gary Sheffield said remember when I used to jack up homers for you with a blast.
If we can win Sunday, we can forget about the Luis Castillo stupid stupid play yesterday. Actually, we will never forget that stupid stupid play.

Those mets are amazin’. Dropping a little league pop up, falling down, throwing to second base and allowing a runner to score from first on a fly ball to second. The Mets are the definiton of choking. After consecutive season failures on the last game of the season. U can complain about the payroll but the mets have a pretty big one themselves. And really u can never have a comeback for 26 rings when u can count ur rings on ur thumbs. The most useful thing a met has ever done is hit a ground ball to bill buckner, honestly though castillo is only proving how bad the mets really are. Now if ur sick and tired of dissapointment i suggest choosing a new team… Maybe the nationals, royals or even the expos would be a better choice since they cant fail that badly even. Choke-a-cola the offical drink of the new york mets.

Headline: “Batting Practice in the Bronx”
Best Pitcher comes out on top.
3 hours, 15 runs, 17 hits and the Yankees Scratch their heads and wonder if the mets can be any more pathetic.
Burnett went 7 scoreless innings and was the winner. He shut down the helpless mets striking out 8 measley batters. Now if only he could beat a real team.
Now Santana proved how overatted he really is. The $19,000,000 lefty couldnt make it out of the 4th inning letting up 9 earned runs in only 3 innings. Yankees BP went well. The Captain, 2000 World Series MVP Derek Jeter went 4 for 4 with 2 runs and 2 RBIs. Godzilla and Cano homered and the Yankees improve to 36-27. Santana is the loser. Burnett the winner.
Yankees schedule doesn’t stay this easy though. They now play the Nationals. The Yankees should be warmed up after Sunday’s Batting Practice but we will have to find out.
On the bright side for the Mets though, atleast they didnt have a drop-off. They have gone to whole games without dropping a little leauge fly ball and they.
In conclusion, Yankees win the game and the series, the mets dont even deserve to take the subway back to Queens, they should have Santana and Castillo carry their equipment.
Closing Note:
For those wondering when the mets will have their annual season collapse will be the date is october 4th when Houston comes to finish off those mets off.
